Nowadays, Chicago is one of the first cities you see on your Instagram timeline – and the last city you’ll want to leave once you finally visit it. Amongst the places I’ve traveled in my life, my 1 month stay in the windy city opened my eyes to the opportunities around me and triggered feelings of inspiration inside of me.
Although my decision to leave for Chicago was based on a chance to grow as a professional, my actual experience of exploring the city is one I’ll never stop appreciating. As a lover of all skylines, there was something about this city that truly touched me – whether it was the calm of Lake Michigan or the sight of Millennium Park, Chicago took my break away and gave me the push I needed to continue pursuing my dreams.
With a picture being worth a thousand words, I can’t necessarily explain what makes Chicago so special – but I’m going to go ahead and share with you the places I went and the photos I captured during this turning point in my life.
